Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion is valid from 20 January 2020.
2. Day Trade refers to sell orders that offset your buy order on the same day via PhillipMart; i.e., sell share quantity is fewer than buy share quantity in Grey Market.
3. Transactions which enjoy special offer are calculated separately with general transaction fee.

**Examples of new offer above: Customers who apply for  IPO "A" through our IPO service and bought HK$ 510,000 transaction amount of IPO "A" during the trading hours of grey market. The commission rate of the first HK$ 500,000 transaction amount is HK$ 0. For transaction after HK$ 500,000 is charged by the rate 0.05% / minimum HK$ 0. Thus, the commission is HK$ 5. Total commission for the $ 510,000 buy-side transaction is HK$ 5.

# The trading hours of PhillipMart / Grey Market is from 4:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. one business day prior to the official listing date of the new shares. For half trading day, the trading hour of PhillipMart is from 2:15 p.m to 4:30 p.m. Please refer to the latest notice.
