Established in 1997, the company developed into one of the well-known private integrated healthcare service provider in Hong Kong. Their services composed of the following: general practice services, specialties services and dental services. As at 31 December 2021, the company operated 58 medical centres in Hong Kong under the following brand names: Human Health, Polyhealth specialits, Polydental, WE360, Wehealth Endoscopy centre, Perfectlife medical centre and Impact medical imaging centre with 100 service points.
