If I want to transfer fund from my stock account to my bank account, what should I do?

You just need to contact your Account Executive or Customer Services Department on (852) 22776555 and we will make that arrangement for you.

Why I cannot see the amount in my stock account after I have made deposit?

Upon completion of fund deposit, please notify or fax the deposit slip to us for confirmation after you have made deposit. Then, you can go to > E-Check to view your account status in next working day.

What are the procedures if I want to make physical stock withdraw/roll-over?

Please contact Customer Service Department or your Account Executive for arrangement. We will contact you once the physical stocks are ready. You may come to Admiralty head-office (Address: 11/F, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Hong Kong) to withdraw the physical stock from Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00 pm in person.

Do I entitle interest for my cash deposited to Phillip Securities/ Phillip Commodities/ Phillip Bullion?

Regardless of the currency client deposits, no interest will be paid
